What are the natural refrigerants?

Even if they are manufactured industrially like any other refrigerant, we called them"natural refrigerants" because they are based on substances that occur directly in nature.

The most commonly used ones are ammonia(NH3), (CO2) and hydrocarbons (propane and isobutane).

Who we are?

We are an Italian cooling systems solutions manufacturer.

We are a well known player in the HVAC market and we have more than 45 years of experience in designing and manufacturing cooling solutions.

We have a global presence all around the world and our chillers and heat pumps are sold and installed worldwide.

Why we use the natural refrigerants?

The demand for refrigeration systems with natural refrigerants is facing a significant growth worldwide because these refrigerants are substainable.

  • They are climate neutral.
    In fact, their GWP index is close to zero and is significantly lower than any other fluorinated refrigerant commonly available on the market.
    [The Global Warming Potential is a value that indicates the contribution to global warming.It's using the value of CO2 as a reference point: GWP = 1.]
  • They are cost effective as they are inexpensive to produce and they enable efficient operation of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
